They've developed new and luxurious hybrid versions of many of their current vehicles so that you have the option to choose the car that best suits your needs. Fully Rechargeable and Plug-In Hybrid models
Volvo offers five plug-in hybrid models to choose from and two fully rechargeable models.
Volvo XC40 Recharge
The Volvo CX40 is a completely electric SUV operated by only a plug-in battery that uses electric motors. Its 78 kWh battery offers up to 223 miles of driving power before being recharged. Some of its features include smart storage, which provides extra storage space in the front hood of the car and a 360-degree parking view to make parking more accessible regardless of where you're parking. Its technology features are of the highest caliber, as engineers designed Google to be built in so that you can use programs such as Google Maps, Google Play, and Google Assistant with ease.
The XC40 offers three trims with the following MSRPs.

Volvo C40 Recharge
The Volvo C40 Recharge is a crossover that is also fully electric and can drive up to 261 miles before being recharged. It reaches zero to 60 in 4.7 seconds and offers pixel lights that automatically change brightness when alerted that there are oncoming cars.
The Volvo C40 Recharge also has Google built directly into the car to provide support while you continue to drive safely, complete with Google Play, Google Assistant, and Google Maps to help you get around the Palo Alto neighborhoods. In addition, it is completely free of leather, instead offering microfiber textile seat panels and contrasting bolsters in a hi-tech synthetic material. The starting MSRP for the C40 Recharge is $59,845.
VolvoV60 Recharge
The VolvoV60 Recharge is a hybrid plug-in that gives you the option to choose whether you'd like to drive using the gas-powered engine, the electric motor, or a combination of both. It has a variety of luxurious features, such as the option to heat or cool your car to your comfort level, so you're comfortable as soon as you step inside the wagon. It also has a Start/Stop function that reduces exhaust emissions in the city by shutting off the engine temporarily when you're at a complete stop. The starting MSRP for a VolvoV60 Recharge is $69,090.
The Volvo S90 Recharge is a sedan that enables you to get up to 38 miles when using the electric mode. It's full of great details on the interior, including the high-end Bowers and Wilkins speakers, a hand-crafted crystal gear selector knob by Orrefors, interior illumination that adds ambiance when it's dark and nappa leather upholstery.
Other features include an 8-speed Geartronic automatic, a 12-inch driver display, and a laminated panoramic moonroof with a power sunshade. It also has exceptional safety features, such as ISOFIX mounting points to make putting in a car seat the most convenient it's ever been and a braking system with active safety technologies to provide backup assistance in case of an emergency.
The Volvo S90 Recharge comes in two trims at the following MSRPs.

VolvoS60 Recharge
The VolvoS60 provides you with the best of both worlds, as you can drive up to 22 miles using the purely electric mode, while also getting up to 69 miles per gallon when using fuel. This is a spacious sedan, with five seats, a rear seat armrest and depending on the trim, it can also have a tailored dashboard and leather upholstery to provide an even more luxurious feel.
Like some of Volvo's other models, the VolvoS60 Recharge also offers Start/Stop technology to reduce fuel consumption. Other features include voice control so that you can control the climate, entertainment, and navigation easily and safety assistance, including a lane-keeping aid and oncoming lane mitigation.

The Volvo XC90 Recharge is a full-size SUV that offers up to seven seats so that it can easily fit an entire family. It's a hybrid plug-in, so you can use the car's battery to drive up to 18 miles using only the electric motor and leave behind zero tailpipe emissions, which can be an excellent option for commuting to and from work every day. One of its superior technology features includes smartphone integration, which allows you to connect your smartphone to the driver display using Apple CarPlay to navigate, make calls or listen to music.
To increase safety, it's equipped with intelligent safety assistance technology to help you detect and avoid other vehicles, pedestrians, and bicyclists. It also provides cleaner cabin air by preventing up to 95 percent of hazardous particles from entering the cabin.
The VolvoXC90 Recharge is available in two trims.

Volvo XC60 Recharge
The Volvo XC60 is a midsize hybrid car that can drive up to 19 miles using its electric battery. It has an all-wheel drive and Google built-in so you can listen to music and get directions completely hands-free. It includes Bowers and Wilkins speakers to provide you with a stunning audio experience wherever you go. One of its many safety features includes reversal assistance, which offers an autobrake when you're reversing, if needed.
